1. What This Website Is

This private reference site operates independently of all government offices. It does not store official criminal records, obtain records for users, perform official checks, or file documents.

Its purpose is to identify the Weber County Sheriff, appropriate court clerks, Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification, and Utah Sex, Kidnap, and Child Abuse Offender Registry as the relevant custodians, while also linking to outside research tools. Official disclosure remains subject to the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act and BCI dissemination limits in Utah Code §53-10-108.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the website, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools against the pages
• Stalk, threaten, or harass another person with information found here
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems
• Use the content for credit, employment, housing, or insurance decisions

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information obtained here or through a linked tool may not be used to stalk, intimidate, harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone. Utah Code §53-29-404 specifically requires a misuse warning for the Utah Sex, Kidnap, and Child Abuse Offender Registry and warns that stalking or threats may be prosecuted. Public registry access supports safety awareness, not vigilantism or prohibited discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and produce no consumer, credit, or background report. Advertising partners are also not presented as tools for regulated screening. You may not use information from the website or a linked service to:

• Determine creditworthiness or insurance pricing
• Evaluate an applicant for employment
• Screen a renter or other housing applicant
• Decide eligibility for a permit, license, or government benefit
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose

Where law authorizes a regulated check, use the proper official or FCRA-compliant channel and follow all consent and notice requirements.

5. No Legal Advice

The content is not legal advice. General descriptions of Weber County records cannot determine how a charge, warrant, conviction, or Utah expungement law applies to one person. Seek a licensed Utah attorney for legal guidance.

• A partner's search results will be complete or correct
• The website will operate without interruption
• Every fact remains accurate, current, and complete
